Vintage Pics
These are some great vintage pictures, including a picture of Lincoln’s dog Fido. That really interested me. Not surprisingly it was pure mutt.
There are so many ‘great’ pics floating around these days that I am losing the ability to fully appreciate them. Even in this collection there are so many that one feels pressure to move on, not really study and appreciate each picture. I think this age of information overload is damaging our ability to think deeply, to find time to ponder anything, to enjoy simple things like nature, or long in person social chats, or visit friends, and on and on it goes. Everything we need to know, see, or feel is right in our gadgets. I sense the shallowness of it all, but I’ll be damned if I know any solution. I guess this is an ongoing blog of some sort. I will only put this on my blog once. If you want to follow this blog I guess to click where it says follow.
